Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example an e-mail to sales@silumtrade.com) with your order number.

Returning goods

Send the goods back within 14 days after you told us about the withdrawal, to: MB NAULEMA, Laisvės al. 110, Kaunas, 44253, Lithuania. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; heavy packs (10 kg, 25 kg) can cost more to return. Please contact us before you send anything back.

Refund

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days after we receive the goods back (or proof that you sent them), using the same payment method. We may reduce the refund if the goods lost value because of handling beyond what is needed to check them.

Food safety exception

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed food packs that you have opened or unsealed cannot be returned.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Business customers may return goods only by agreement with us.

Damaged, wrong or defective goods

Report transport damage, wrong items or quality defects to sales@silumtrade.com without undue delay after delivery, with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement, repair of the order or a refund according to applicable law.
