Products and prices

We sell food ingredients and food supplement raw materials in packs from 100 g to 25 kg to businesses and private customers. Prices are shown in euro. We are a small business scheme taxpayer, so VAT is not charged. Product information is based on supplier documentation and can vary slightly between batches. We may correct obvious price or description errors before we confirm an order.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable; if you have already paid, we refund the payment.

Payment

We accept bank transfer to the account shown after you place the order, and other methods that are offered at checkout. We prepare the order for dispatch after we receive the payment.

Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

Withdrawal and returns

See our Refund and returns policy. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; business customers do not have it.

Defects and liability

Consumers have the rights provided by Lithuanian and EU law for goods that do not conform to the contract. Business customers must check the goods on receipt and report defects without undue delay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Use of the products

You are responsible for using, labelling and selling the products in accordance with the food and food supplement rules of your country, including novel food and permitted ingredient rules.

Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at sales@silumtrade.com. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt). These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes with business customers are decided by the courts of Kaunas, Lithuania; mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
