Where we deliver

We ship by DPD courier to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. For other countries please contact us before ordering.

Shipping cost

The cost depends on the destination country and the total weight of the order. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

Parcels

Every pack (up to 25 kg) is shipped as one parcel. Larger orders are sent as several parcels.

Dispatch and tracking

We prepare your order for dispatch after we receive your payment. When the parcel is handed to the carrier, you get an e-mail with the tracking information. Delivery times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customs and VAT

Deliveries inside the EU have no customs duties. Prices include no VAT because MB NAULEMA applies the small business scheme.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, note this with the carrier and send us photos at sales@silumtrade.com as soon as possible, together with your order number.
