Matcha Green Tea Powder is finely ground green tea leaf (Camellia sinensis) with a bright green colour and a fresh, grassy flavour. Whisked with water or blended into milk, it makes a smooth, vibrant drink.

- Preparation: whisk about ½ teaspoon with hot, but not boiling, water until lightly frothy
